Relating To Underground Storage Tanks.

Abstract

Beginning 7/1/2022, prohibits issuance of permits for future large capacity underground storage tank systems mauka of the underground injection control line. Beginning 7/1/2022, prohibits operation of, and renewal of permits for, large capacity underground storage tank systems located mauka of the underground injection control line, except for maintenance necessary to safely support defueling, environmental requirements, operations directly related to defueling or actions required in emergency situations. (CD1)
